KI-TOP Control Heads
KI-TOP is a control head system in modular design for the control and inspection of process valves. It has many possible applications - and many variants. The boards which are fitted with plug-type connections are available as a standard and a premium version as well as in SPS and ASI bus design. Both of them can be provided with rotating lights and are retrofit table. So you can be sure to survey your processes in production at any time. KI-TOP’s can be fitted with plastic and special steel hood. Owing to the sealing of the components, degree of protection IP 67 is obtained. In addition, the boards are protected with a polyolefin sealing compound. This provides a reliable protection of the high-quality electronics and a safe function.

- ATEX Control Head for lift and rotary view
- NAMUR-ATEX Control Head for lifting and rotary valves.
Functions of the control heads
Kiesselman Valves can be combining with Control Heads. The touchless magnetic sensor technology allows the application in a different valve types. The position of the valves are acquired over the electronics of the control head and forwarded to the higher-level control. The forwarding of the signals is made via a wring provided for it. The electronic system signalises the valve conditions at the control head. The actuator is controlled over the integrated pilot valves. The supply of air is made either directly over the control head or over an external hose coupling.
