All Welded Exchangers

Offer lower purchase cost and smaller foot print whilst maintaining high heat transfer efficiency. The small plate gaps in the all-welded heat exchangers allow them to operate with very close temperature approaches compared to traditional shell and tube heat exchangers. The no gasket solution in the all-welded heat exchangers makes them suitable for many difficult applications.

The space saving solution.

The sealing elements used all have proof of suitability for use in the food industry. The ergonomic heat protection handle of our butterfly valves is available as 360° all-round switching, with 90° locking and optionally also with  switching limitation. Alternatively, these valves are also available with a stainless steel handle. 

Automatically cost-effective

You do not have to go without automation with this cost-effective valve solution. On the contrary, for automatic operation, the butterfly valves can be equipped with a pneumatic rotary actuator. Our modular system makes it possible to change over quickly and easily from manual to pneumatic drive without removing the valves from the piping system. The drives are available with sensors or control head KI-TOP.

The sealing elements used all have suitability certifications for use in the food industry. The ergonomic thermal protection handle our butterfly valves is available with a 90 lock or optionally with shift limit. Alternatively, these valves are also available with a stainless steel handle.
